A learning walk in Rio Grande

Sila Gularte - Joia da Casa

Sila, an employee at Swan Rio Grande for six years, started as a temporary housekeeper and quickly stood out for her exceptional work. Her manager at the time was impressed by her dedication and invited her to become a full-time employee.


With a hospitable and charismatic personality, Sila always had a good relationship with guests. Over time, he learned a lot with the Swan system, developing great communication with customers. Her tireless work and attention to detail caught the attention of management, who decided to promote her to the position of Housekeeper.


Sila believes that the desire to learn is fundamental to career growth. "I'm very eager to learn and I'm always looking for new knowledge to improve my work," she says. Furthermore, she has an excellent relationship with her colleagues. Socializing with them is what delights her most. For her, the little things have a big impact on people and they are what make the difference.


When asked about her promotion, Sila was humble and stated that it was a surprise for her. She didn't expect to be promoted, but she is doing her best to evolve in this important role as Housekeeper. For Sila, it is essential to be humble and deal with people the way she would like to be treated.
