The Swan Network makes daily commitments to the community and has a series of transformative actions that seek to encourage the local economy, in addition to contributing to sustainable development.
The Swan Network also remains focused on specific actions according to the needs of the community in each city in which it is present.
Swan ecology is promoted by Swan Hotéis
With the certainty that it is necessary to grow in a sustainable way and preserving the environment, the Swan Hotéis Network adopted, together with its employees, suppliers and guests, the Swan Ecology program. The objective of the program is to minimize the consumption of natural resources and the impact on the environment. To this end, the Swan Hotéis Network constantly invests in saving energy and water, in addition to recycling all its waste with committed companies. We also offer support for social projects, taking responsibility for preserving natural resources. We believe that it is by changing the present moment that we preserve the future.
New Hamburg Women's Cancer League
Guests and employees united to do good. Throughout the year, the Swan Network collects plastic caps that are destined for recycling and fundraising in the Women's League to Fight Cancer, which are transformed into medicines, supplies and other items for cancer patients in situations of social vulnerability.
Apae new hamburg
Traditionally, in December, Swan Novo Hamburgo promotes the Happy Night Dinner, in benefit of APAE Novo Hamburgo, with the aim of accumulating resources for the entity that, over its 57 years, serves around 400 exceptional people aged between 0 and 60 years.
Fair
Aiming to bring the community closer together and encourage local consumption, weekly in Novo Hamburgo and Porto Alegre the network promotes local producers' fairs. “Swan Fair Day” and “GEN Fair” are the two projects.
Swan Culture
Since June 2021, the Hotel Swan Novo Hamburgo has had the Swan Cultura project, which aims to bring art and local artists closer to the community, in addition to encouraging local consumption. Every month an artist is invited to exhibit in the hotel lobby, transforming it into a true gallery, with Swan exposing art and promoting Swan BlueJazz that thrills everyone with quality music.

Gabriela Swan
CEO of the Swan Hotéis Network in Brazil.
CEO Founder Swan – Portugal Collection.
She has worked in the tourism sector for 25 years with hotel and hospitality management, being a pioneer in the implementation of quality processes, with ISO 9001 and PGQP certifications, in hotels in Rio Grande do Sul.
Graduated in Hospitality from the University of Caxias do Sul, has an MBA in Business Management from FGV and specialization in GMP - General Managers Program - from Cornell University in New York. She is currently vice-president of the RS Competitiveness Hub - Transforma RS and member of Nexo – Corporate Governance, Advisor to TurisTech Hub and responsible for the tourism axis in the State of Rio Grande do Sul.
