What is Astrolabe?
The astrolabe, a symbol of precision and orientation, was chosen as the information guide for the Swan Hotels chain, reflecting the deep connection between the brand's history and its identity. The name "Swan" comes from the surname of the Schwan family, co-founders of the chain, and means "swan" in English.
This choice is directly related to the Cygnus constellation, or Swan Constellation, reinforcing the link between the family name, the brand and the cosmos.
Historically, the astrolabe has played a crucial role in navigation, guiding explorers by the stars, including those of the Cygnus constellation. By adopting the astrolabe as its symbol, Swan Hotels expresses its essence of precision, trust and guidance, values aligned with its mission to provide excellent service and safe guidance to its guests – just as the astrolabe guided navigators throughout the centuries.
Thus, the astrolabe not only symbolizes the Swan Hotels chain's commitment to quality and hospitality, but also strengthens the chain's identity in the hotel sector, reaffirming its role as a true guide for its guests.
Incorrect use of the layette
Improper use of linens, furniture or utensils may result in additional costs. If the items are excessively dirty or damaged, an amount proportional to the severity of the dirt or damage will be charged, even if found after check-out.
Non-smoker
We would like to remind you that, in order to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, smoking cigarettes or any other derivatives inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. If this rule is not respected, a cleaning fee of R$250.00 will be charged.

Accommodation policy for minors
According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 8,069/90, Art. 82), it is prohibited to host children or adolescents in hotels, motels, boarding houses or similar establishments, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents (jointly) or legal guardian, or if they have a Juvenile Court order with the authorization of the absent father and/or mother.
At check-in, it is mandatory to present the original identification document in the presence of the parents or written authorization when accompanied by a duly identified guardian. These requirements are intended to protect the child or adolescent.
Escort Policy
Registration of companions at reception is mandatory for personal safety reasons and for the safety of other guests, and the corresponding fee will also be charged. Registration is not required in the social areas.
Pet-friendly policy
01 - One pet is allowed per apartment.
02 - It is mandatory to present your pet's up-to-date vaccination card at check-in.
03 - Apartment cleaning must be scheduled by the guardian and linen items cannot be used.
04 - The Owner is responsible for cleaning up the pet's waste and ensuring that the pet remains quiet. In addition, the Owner is responsible for any material or physical damage caused by the animal to the apartment, third parties or the hotel's facilities.
05 - Pets will not be allowed to stay in the hotel apartment without the owner's presence for long periods (more than 4 hours).
06 - When moving around the common areas, your pet must be on a leash, in your arms or in a suitable carrier/bag. Your pet may only be allowed in the apartment. We kindly ask that you keep your pet away from areas designated for food, drinks, events, the pool and the gym.
07- The apartment will not be cleaned if your pet is present in the apartment.
