The journey of professional growth: how persistence and dedication led an employee to the position of operational director.
Anderson's story began early, when he was just 15 years old. It was at this time that, following a recommendation from a friend, he decided to enroll in a young apprentice course. Immediately upon selection, he stood out from the other candidates, demonstrating confidence and determination. His intuition was correct, as he was approved and started taking the course.
After a few months, two job opportunities arose for Anderson. One was in a supermarket, and the other at Rede Swan, a renowned hotel in the city. Anderson, confident in his abilities, chose to do the interview on the Swan Network. There, he impressed interviewers with his intelligence, competence and charisma, which led to him being hired as the company's first young apprentice.
Initially, Anderson worked in the administrative area of Rede Swan, where his hospitality and willingness to help colleagues earned him praise and recognition. He was quickly promoted to intern and then to the quality team. It was in this area that Anderson really stood out, learning a lot about the subject through consultancy and training. Over time, he became a quality coordinator and built a highly capable team.
Due to his ability to manage teams and his competence in quality, the CEO of Rede Swan, Gabriela Schwan, decided to promote him to quality director. Anderson took on this position with confidence and did an excellent job, becoming one of the most respected members of the team.
But Anderson didn't stop there. Later, he decided to take over the company's Human Resources team, transforming the sector into Human and Organizational Development (DHO) and building a team from scratch. During the pandemic, Anderson played a crucial role in structuring employees, successfully following all government requirements.
Thanks to his excellent performance and leadership, Gabriela Schwan decided to promote him again, this time to operational director. Since then, Anderson has been a visionary leader and a pillar of the Swan Network, helping the company grow and prosper in an increasingly competitive market.
Anderson's story is an inspiring example for all those who seek success. It shows that, with determination, competence and leadership, it is possible to achieve great achievements in professional life.
