A story of reinvention in the hotel industry

Sirlei began her journey at Rede on January 3, 2000 as a cleaning freelancer. His first job was to help clean the work to open the Swan Porto Alegre. She stood out for her dedication and ability to keep the environment clean and organized, which led to her being hired full-time. Sirlei remained at Swan Porto Alegre for seven years and, during this period, began to grow in the hotel sector.

Despite her passion for hospitality, Sirlei decided to leave Swan Porto Alegre to seek new opportunities in other areas. In the meantime, she continued studying and graduated in hospitality. However, as she herself says: "Once the hotel industry gets into your veins, there's no way out." Sirlei decided to return to Rede and joined the team at Swan Novo Hamburgo, where she worked for a while before becoming a housekeeper at Swan Molinos, leading a cleaning team.

During the transition from Molinos to Swan Generation and the building's renovations, Sirlei was responsible for taking care of the site's security, controlling access and the entry and exit of suppliers. When asked how she reacted to the move to Swan Generation, she replied: "I took off my dress pants and put on jeans. I love reinventing myself and I couldn't be in a better place."

Sirlei is an example of hospitality and commitment, having participated in the opening of three of the Chain's hotels. She is an exemplary mother and says that her youngest son grew up inside the Swan. Sirlei is a dedicated employee and always welcomes us with a smile, attentive to the needs of all areas. With 20 years of experience at the Network, she is an essential part of the team and an example of professionalism.
