Magda Meazza - Joia da Casa

Nine years ago, Magda Meazza decided to change careers and become a professional in hotel reception, enrolling in a course in the city of Caxias do Sul. During the course, her teacher recommended her for a position at Rede Swan, which was looking for a receptionist.

 

"I only stayed at reception for a few days, then the restaurant needed help and I volunteered to help, and I never left that department again", says Magda.

 

Over the years, Magda has earned the admiration of her co-workers across all sectors of the hotel. With her hospitality and care, she created a welcoming environment that made guests feel at home. She not only fulfilled her daily duties as a waitress, but became a friend and advisor to many of them, which generated high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

 

"A curious thing is that many of my managers considered me a "paparazzi of celebrities", because whenever a celebrity stayed at Swan Caxias, I recorded the moment", recalls Magda.

 

Magda's dedication and commitment were fundamental to achieving Swan Network's mission of delighting guests and providing hospitality. For 9 years she has played an important role in creating a welcoming work environment that directly reflects on the guest experience.

 

So Magda's story at Swan is an example of how a passion for hospitality can turn into a rewarding and lasting career.
