An enchanting journey with the Swan Network

Luciane Valandro began her journey with Rede Swan long before becoming a member of the commercial team. During her high school years, she studied alongside the current CEO of the Network, Gabriela Schwan, and attended the opening of Swan Novo Hamburgo when she was still a teenager. Due to her family being involved in the footwear industry, Luciane had constant contact with the hotel over the years.

During a conversation with Gabriela, Luciane expressed her interest in working at the Network and, some time later, her wish came true. She was hired as a commercial assistant after an interview with her manager. Upon arrival, Luciane was impressed and delighted with the renovation of the event center, which had a profound impact on her due to its beauty and high-quality architecture.

Luciane is a dreamy woman who believes that the Swan Network has prestige and potential to become known worldwide. She has fond memories of all the time she spent at the company, especially working with brides, which gives her a sense of pleasure in making such a special and important day a perfect moment. She is currently directly involved with Jangal, bringing her exceptional talent to the area of leisure hospitality, which has a special place in her heart.

For Luciane, Swan is more than just a job: it is part of her life and history. She understands that hospitality is a 24-hour industry and therefore strives to respond to customers as quickly as possible. However, she manages to balance her personal and professional life well, stating that she doesn't stop living because of work. Luciane is a courageous woman, who is not afraid to take risks and learn from her mistakes. She is extremely grateful to the company and sees the transformation Swan Network is undergoing as an exciting new phase.”
