Angelise is much more than an old collaborator, she is practically a hotel heritage for Swan Caxias do Sul. Her history at the company dates back to before the Network arrived in the city. At the time, she already worked in the same building, but under different management. With the arrival of Rede Swan, everything began to be transformed following its standards, and Angelise was not left out of this change, going from floor supervisor to governance manager.

As a manager she has two concerns: the processes – to ensure that everything is impeccable, and the people. Throughout her tenure, she prioritizes the unity of her team, transforming the environment into something light and fun. She encourages employees to always remain in good spirits, even in difficult times. As a result, your team becomes increasingly solid and stable. After all, she believes that the role of a leader is to inspire.

"We all have problems, and we won't always be 100%, but the objective during working hours is to delight, serve well and work with dedication and my role is to keep my team united and motivated to fulfill this role."

Angelise has been with the Swan Network for 21 years and having her capabilities recognized is priceless, she says. In 2021, due to her results and impeccable apartments, she was invited to train the governance team at Jangal das Araucárias. Angelise is a woman who faces challenges head on and is always looking for personal and professional growth. As a mother of two girls, she leads her family impeccably, as well as her team.

Angelise is an example of hospitality and commitment. She began her career at the company at the age of 18 and, today, sees herself as a woman who has grown professionally within the Swan Network.
