Gabriela, the current CEO of Rede Swan, already demonstrated hospitality traits as a child. On April 6, 1993, she was at the hotel door, alongside her parents, welcoming big personalities from the city at the inauguration of the Swan Network.

Over the years, Gabriela incorporated diverse knowledge into her education, until she became the CEO of Rede Swan, a young and female representation in the family business.

"When it came time to choose my professional career, I wanted fashion or architecture, but my father asked me to study hospitality, as he saw in me a talent for dealing with people. It wasn't easy, and my path wasn't just limited to studies , but it also involved a lot of practice. I even ironed clothes in the laundry room during the summer", recalls Gabriela.

For around two decades, Gabriela shared the management of the Network with her sister Fabiana, being responsible for the operational board, while her sister took care of the financial area. Only in 2020 did Gabriela remind her father of an old promise to incorporate elements of architecture and fashion into family businesses.

It was from his bold ideas that new projects emerged, such as Swan Generation - the first all-in-one hub in Porto Alegre - and Jangal das Araucárias - the Network's first lifestyle venture in Canela, in the mountains of Rio Grande do Sul.

"I realized that new generations have new demands. Furthermore, with the population's longevity increasing, I understood that our products needed to adapt. With a lot of courage, collaboration and agile decision-making, I faced the biggest challenges of my career and I intend to take the Swan Network for a bright, purpose-filled future."
