Seven years ago, Elisana was looking for a job when she came across a housekeeping vacancy at the Swan Hotel. Excited about the possibility of contributing to a team, she decided to apply and, after going through the entire selection process, began her journey with the company.

Since then, Elisana has faced several challenges and learned a lot over the years. Her observation skills allowed her to quickly learn all procedures and, with a smile on her face, she always performed her work with excellence and quality. Furthermore, she is an honest professional, always willing to help and evolve for the good of the company.

One of Elisana's biggest challenges happened during the pandemic, when uncertainty and insecurity shook everyone. However, with her contagious joy, she managed to overcome all obstacles and today she does an admirable job.
